Fokker Services Americas has obtained a renewed certification from the CAAC as an approved maintenance organization, which authorizes the team to continue working directly with operators and lessors in the region.
Fokker Services Obtains CAAC Certificate Renewal
Fokker Services, a GKN Aerospace company, has obtained a renewed certification from the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) as an approved maintenance organization. This certificate applies to Fokker Services Americas, and authorizes the team to continue working directly with operators and lessors in the region. The organization offers a wide range of services for a variety of aircraft registered in these countries.

The CAAC certificate allows Fokker Services Americas to provide a variety of in-house maintenance and testing capabilities, and issue return to service aircraft components until 2022. Since first entering the market in 2016, Fokker Services Americas has served many aircraft of Chinese operators with a variety of maintenance solutions, including repair and overhaul of over 1,900 different part numbers under the CAAC certificate. Combined with FAA and EASA repair station approvals, the team based in Georgia, USA can certify components to any of these authorities as required.
