For the purpose of this Agreement, SB is split into four (4) categories, i.e.: (reference is made to the Service Bulletin Introduction for a detailed description of these categories and the types of SB).

• (a) Aviation Authority of The Netherlands ("CAA-NL") mandated SB;
• (b) Recommended SB;
• (c) Operational Requirement;
• (d) Optional SB.

For category (a):      
The Operator will receive the complete SB ("Standard Service Bulletin")      
      
For category (b)      
The Operator will receive the complete SB ("Standard Service Bulletins"), unless the technical content of the SB is significant dependant on Aircraft configuration. In this case the Operator will only receive the Planning Information section of such pro forma SB. The Accomplishment Instructions and Material Information will be provided on request ("Appendix SB")      
      
For category (c):      
SB will in principle be made available in the form as described for category (b). The Accomplishment Instructions and Material Information will only be provided subject to the purchase by Operator of the relevant modification ("Appendix SB").

For category (d):
SB will in principle be made available in the form as described for category (b). The Accomplishment Instructions and Material Information will only be provided subject to the purchase by Operator of the relevant modification ("Appendix SB").
