As a CASA member you will receive all necessary support and information to keep your fleet in airworthy condition. The following services are included in the CASA program:

• All-operator messages (aom) (*), which are intended to rapidly alert operators with respect to fleet airworthiness issues and indicating actions and measures to be taken regarding these issues. These messages are also available via this web-site. 
• Technical / Operational Notices (TON) (*), addressing airworthiness issues which are not a direct concern, but nevertheless require Operator's awareness. These messages are also available via this web-site.
• Airworthiness Recommendations Catalogue (ARC) (*), which provides an overview of all publications, issued by either Fokker Services or suppliers and which are recommended from an airworthiness standpoint, whether or not mandated by the Dutch Airworthiness Authority (""CAA-NL"") "
• All Aircraft Service Bulletins and Component Service Bulletins (""SB""), which will be issued by Fokker Services. Read more about this Service Bulletins <link to T1.3.1.A>"
• All Service Letters for F27, F50/F60 and F70/100 aircraft and all Notice to Operators for F28 aircraft which will be issued.
• The Vendor Services Bulletin Classification Document (VSBCD)        
  The VSBCD contains a list of vendor SB's composed by Fokker Services including the classification of such vendor SB as assessed by Fokker Services in its capacity as the holder of the type certificate of the Aircraft.
• Updates to the Service Experience Digest, which will provide data and background information on commonly experienced technical and operational in-service issues.
• Manual Change Notifications for all affected maintenance and operational manuals to the extent that these manual changes are recommended from an airworthiness point of view or result from the introduction of a modification mandated (*) by the CAA-NL.

Note: the Manual Change Notifications do not constitute any documentation revision service as offered by Fokker Services separately.

• Revision services to the Airplane Flight Manual (AFM) for F50/60 and F70/F100 aircraft or (Airplane) Flight Manual (FM/AFM) for F27 or Flight Handbook for F28 aircraft and Master Minimum Equipment List (""MMEL"") to the extent that changes to the AFM/FM or MMEL are recommended from an airworthiness point of view or result from the introduction of a modification mandated by the CAA-NL.
• Utilisation Data. The document containing the utilisation data will be issued twice a year and will contain registration and utilisation data for the Aircraft in commercial revenue service.
• Day-to-day Engineering Assistance on Maintenance, Operational and Service issues up to a certain maximum support hours depending on the aircraft type and fleet size.
• Maintenance Requirements documents, namely the Maintenance Review Board (MRB) and Maintenance Planning Document (MDP) for the F50/60 and F70/100 aircraft, including applicable revisions, and for the F27 and F28 aircraft applicable revisions to the Structural Integrity Program (SIP) Part 1 and the Corrosion Control Program (CCP).
